- 1 copy of Representative’s ID (last numbers of SSN should be erased)
- (For deposit of adjusted amount) 1 copy of bankbook (under the name of business operator)
■ Public Institution- 1 copy of unique identification
- 1 copy of Representative’s ID (last numbers of ID number should be erased)
- 1 original seal certification (should be issued within 3 months)
- (For deposit of adjusted amount) 1 copy of bankbook (under the name of institution)

- A new franchise of SEJONG PAY should pay the initial registration fee for opening of credit card company (one-time fee)
■ Basic Monthly Charge: KRW 9,000 (VAT not included) [Based on one channel simultaneous connection to ARS]
- It includes SEJONG PAY Application/Web maintenance fee, payment text sending fee, virtual number for ARS payment usage fee and ARS connection (1 channel) fee.
- The basic rate for using an unlimited simultaneous call line for virtual numbers is KRW 100,000 (VAT not included)

The ARS payment service has enhanced its payment security by introducing patented ARS occupant certification.
The payment proceeds as the seller sends 1:1 matched virtual ARS number to customer’s phone. The customer then can access the virtual ARS number and can directly enter the card information following the voice guide.
Since the ARS payment service requires customers to directly enter the card information, it is a payment method that effectively secures card information and personal information.
